Took in my steam deck because it wasn't turning on. They repaired it for a very fair price.

It took me several weeks to get together the money to pay for the repairs, and there was no penalty for late payment.

I took it home and caused the same issue again because there was an undetected issue with the cooling system. They took it back, told me the repairs were under warranty, replaced a few parts, and didn't charge me a penny the second time around, even though I'm sure it was a much more expensive fix.

I really appreciate the guy who does all the repairs, as well as the others there. Also they have a little dog that comes and says hello and she's very cute.

10/10 stars, I'll recommend them to anyone who will listen
