The communication was excellent and I thought the price to fix my PS5 was fair. I had an overheating issue with my PS5 and they were able to fix it. The fix took not a lot of time. A big thing that stood out to me is that they still took my PS5 in even though I didn't have an appointment. I love supporting local businesses and this is the place to do it.
